Any advice?

Kendall has the dreaded colic...You could set your watch to 9:00 at night, because that is when it hits her. She screams for around 2 or 3 hours. NOTHING helps. Just thought that maybe some of you more experienced parents could offer some advice to help...if there is anything that may settle her down. Her Mommy and Daddy would love any tips that you know of.

Eli was the same way. It's awful. I would just be on the edge of losing it. It's terrible when there is nothing you can do. With Eli, holding him did help a bit and he spent the first 3 months of so of his life sleeping with Andy on the couch.
I didn't try it with my kids, but I've read that there is this special blanket called the Miracle Blanket that is suppose to work wonders.
Oh, and calling the grandparents always works too! Don't be ashamed to ask for help!!!! What you are dealing with is HARD!

Oh I know this is so frustrating for you!! I didn't actually have to deal with it first hand, but I know others who swear by gripe water. Don't really know what it is, but it seems to have helped some babies. Google it! Also, like Kelly, I've heard many people love the miracle blanket. Probably wouldn't hurt to check into it. Hopefully this will pass quickly for Kendall and YOU!
PS I love the new picture on your blog header!!

I have Googled gripe water and someone also mentioned that to my Mama last night. I think we are going to try that next. Thanks for the advice Megan & Kelly. I am going to try and find the Miracle blanket as well. I will let you all know if anything works.

The new picture is one we took when K was 4 weeks old....I loved it!

I'm not sure what the miracle blanket is but we found that swaddling Alison in a receiving blanket was helpful. Ronnie would wrap her up so tightly. She could not move an inch. Miracle blanket must be the modern version of our old method. I know how stressful this can be but somehow you do get through it.
I absolutely love the picture on your header. Kendall is adorable!!
